Human Resource Intern

Location: Sector 132, Noida

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Market Driven

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm

Mode: Onsite

Note: Candidates not based in Noida will be required to relocate.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to gain experience in IT and Non-IT recruitments and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Support the onboarding process, including documentation and induction planning.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement and records management.
• Prepare reports and documentation.
• Design presentations and documents for internal communication.
• Ensure smooth coordination of HR processes and maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Candidates with a B.Tech or technical background will also be considered.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
