We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to actively support the Recruitment, Core HR functions, and Administrative Support of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in talent acquisition and people management, eager to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while contributing to smooth and efficient HR operations, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Recruitment (60-70% efforts):
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements across multiple departments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain clear communication with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support the recruitment team in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and weekly/monthly hiring progress reports.
- Participate in initial candidate interactions (calls, assessments, or shortlisting discussions) under supervision.
- Assist in organizing and managing campus recruitment drives, internship programs, and other outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding activities, helping promote the organization as an employer of choice.
2. Core HR Operations:
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and leave/attendance records.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day office administration, including stationery management, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Support in organizing meetings, maintaining office records, and handling basic operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Help maintain a professional and organized work environment in alignment with company standards.
Basic Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for recruitment and people management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with:
- The HR Team for recruitment and HR operations.
- Cross-functional departments to ensure seamless HR coordination.
You should be able to:
- Take ownership of recruitment tasks from sourcing to coordination.
- Support employee engagement and training activities.
- Manage HR administrative tasks with accuracy and accountability.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Handle multiple priorities efficiently with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Stipend: 5,000 - 15,000 INR
