Key responsibilities:
1. Facilitate new employee on boarding and induction processes
2. Maintain time keeping, attendance, and leave records for employees
3. Keep and manage records and data for all employees
4. Issue various employment letters like offer, appointment, confirmation, disciplinary, and salary revision letters
5. Update HRMS software regularly and manage recruitment processes
6. Ensure timely salary disbursements and engage in employee engagement initiatives
7. Handle employee grievances and make travel arrangements when required
8. Manage general admin duties, including stationery replenishment, tool calibration, and documentation control
9. Provide administrative support to departments, and organize files, documents, and records
10. Maintain accurate data bases, and generate reports, presentations, and analysis
11. Assist in procurement activities, liaising with vendors, and tracking office supplies
12. Ensure a conducive and organized office environment for productivity
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
