Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support daily Human Resources operations. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administrative activities while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR trackers, reports, and MIS.
  • Support attendance and payroll coordination as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
