Job Title: HR (Talent Acquisition) Intern

Duration: 6 months to 1 year
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Location: TDI Business center, Mohali
Work Mode: 5 days Work From Office (preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR (Talent Acquisition) Intern to support our recruitment activities for global operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for global hiring requirements
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring regular follow-ups
• Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding activities
• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Qualifications Required

Education:

• Graduate or final-year students pursuing HR or related fields

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR practices

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
