About the role:

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding activities. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to core HR processes and tools in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.

· Support onboarding processes including document collection and joining formalities.

· Maintain and update employee records, attendance trackers.

· Drafting HR letters, notices, and policy documents.

· Participate in exit formalities, and documentation for offboarding.

· Assist in maintaining compliance and confidentiality of all HR files and employee data.

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

· Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
