Human Resource Intern

Scaylar Technologies is looking for an HR Intern to join our People team for a 2-month, performance-based program with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our HR professionals and gain practical exposure to core HR functions, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records & HRIS entries
  • Support attendance and leave management processes
  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and internal communications
  • Assist in technical recruitment
  • Assist in benefits administration, including insurance processes

People Experience & Culture:

  • Support employee engagement programs and cultural events
  • Help collect and analyze employee feedback
  • Contribute to internal communications and employer branding efforts
  • Assist in rolling out performance management activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of HR-related experience
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is a plus
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
