Role: Human Resource Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 2+ years (preferably in startups/SMEs)

Must have Pay roll,Human resources-4 Years,Recruitment,Admin management-2 Years of experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Compliance – Salary processing, statutory compliance, employee records.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Full-cycle hiring, induction, and workforce planning.
  • Employee Engagement – Build initiatives for motivation, retention, and recognition.
  • Performance & Culture – Implement appraisal systems, work ethics, and best practices.
  • Admin & Office Ops – Vendor management, office facilities, day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of HR experience (startup/tech preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and policies.
  • Excellent people skills with a culture-building mindset.
  • Self-starter, capable of wearing multiple hats in a growing organization.
  • Opportunity to build the HR function from ground zero in a fast-scaling startup.
  • Work closely with founders and leadership on shaping people strategy.
