We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations, oversee recruitment, and drive employee engagement across all departments. The right candidate will act as a trusted partner to management, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Supervise payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
- Conduct training, performance appraisals, and employee development programs
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives
- Advise management on strategic HR planning, manpower budgeting, and retention strategies
- Handle grievance redressal and ensure healthy employee relations
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and people management ability
