Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Male HR Manager to join our team in Darjeeling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process
• Handling onboarding & employee documentation
• Maintaining employee records and HRMS
• Assisting in payroll coordination
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives
• Ensuring statutory and labor law compliance

Requirements:

• 6 to 7 years of experience in HR
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
