Key Responsibilities
  1. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, internal policy compliance, and labor relations.
  2. Responsible for all HR activities; talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, etc.
  3. Complies with Ministry of human Resource, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  4. Developing adequate policies and processes for the Human Resources function to maintain efficient operational excellence.
  5. Manage the monthly payroll changes.
  6. Manage and control the monthly Subsidy reports
  7. Manage and control annual medical insurance policy.
  8. Responsible for HR team development and training.
  9. Responsible for all the Government portals.
Requirements
  • Saudi National
  • Based in Khobar
  • Strong knowledge of Labor law, EOS calculations, deductions, disciplinary actions.
  • Employee registrations in Social Insurance, Subsidy programs like Taqat, contracts registrations in Qowa
  • Expat visas processing
  • Massive recruitment, around 40 HC per month.
  • Job Location: Al Khobar
