Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management industries and be capable of independently handling HR operations for 500+ employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in UAE
- Experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management companies is mandatory
- Must be available for immediate joining
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Ability to manage large workforce operations (500+ employees)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Coordinate with PRO for employment visas, labour, immigration, Emirates ID, and related government processes
- Handle employee relations and HR operations
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate trainings, inductions, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support management in HR planning and workforce management
- Coordinate with Admin and PRO teams for smooth daily operations
- Handle SIRA-related coordination and compliance requirements
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR systems
Preferred:
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems
