The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to build a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external partners.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build and maintain healthy employee relations across all departments.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality.
- Develop employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve morale and retention.
3. Performance Management
- Manage annual and periodic performance appraisal cycles.
- Train managers on performance evaluation processes.
- Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reports.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Organize workshops, orientation sessions, and skill-enhancement initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness and employee development plans.
6. Compensation & Benefits Management
- Oversee payroll coordination with finance.
- Manage employee benefits, leaves, attendance, and related systems.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
7. Strategic HR Planning
- Work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
- Provide HR insights and analytics for decision-making.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
