Job Summary:
Interact Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a people-focused approach to support a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee performance records
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance department
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and company procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Maintain accurate HR reports and submit weekly/monthly updates
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1
Shift Timing: Night Shift 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
