Human Resource Officer (HR)

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Officer to manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth HR processes and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
  • Support performance evaluations and staff development
  • Coordinate onboarding and training processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Freshers Can Also Apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
