What You’ll Do

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and Town policies.
  • Administer welfare programs and assist residents with essential services.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience in welfare administration or a related field preferred.
  • Financial experience is also a plus.

Pay Range: $50,773 – $62,442 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
