Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist located in Jeddah. The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR management policies, and ensuring compliance with HR standards. The role involves coordinating HR projects, maintaining employee records, and supporting overall human resources activities to ensure a smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR operation plans to objectives.
  • Ensure HR operations align with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and departments to develop retention strategies.
  • Help resolve employee concerns and disputes by providing support and guidance.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with HR entities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and HR policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
