Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in hiring for creative roles such as Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Reel Editors, and Content Strategists. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and sourcing skills, knowledge of creative job portals/communities, and the ability to identify top talent that aligns with brand and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative positions (design, content, video, and digital roles).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and creative communities.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical/creative skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Build a strong pipeline of creative professionals (freelancers and full-time).
- Handle offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with creative industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in creative hiring (design, media, content, digital roles).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess portfolios and creative work samples.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
