Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth HR processes, and enhancing employee experience within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, reviews, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of data.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and system updates.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Recruitment, Operations, Finance) for HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and HRMS platforms .
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare HR operations.
- Familiarity with licensing bodies such as DHA / DOH / MOH (added advantage).
