Human Resource (Recruitment & Generalist)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth HR processes, and enhancing employee experience within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, reviews, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of data.
  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and system updates.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Recruitment, Operations, Finance) for HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and HRMS platforms .
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare HR operations.
  • Familiarity with licensing bodies such as DHA / DOH / MOH (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
