Position: HR Recruitment Executive / Internship with PPO

Location: Noida

Start Date: Immediately, from 20th October 2025.

Internship Duration: Three months

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

· Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.

· Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

· Assist in conducting reference checks for potential employees.

Onboarding:

· Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and organizing orientation sessions.

· Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

Experience (Functional):

● Should possess a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or the related field.

● Are available for full-time (in-office) internship

● Have relevant skills and interests
