Pinnacle is seeking a qualified HR Specialist - Female to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
· Advertising vacant positions, screening of resumes, and managing the full recruitment and selection process.
· Orientation of new employees, smooth onboarding, updating employee records, and HR documentation.
· Manage health insurance-related issues, enrollment and deletion of employees, and claim processing.
· Assist in payroll coordination, reporting, and compiling data monthly.
· Handle the preparation and upload of EOBI data every month.
· Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
· Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
· Handle employee queries and provide HR-related guidance as needed.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 4+ years of relevant HR experience, with technical recruitment experience is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
· Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
· Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language.
· Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
