Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Recruiter experienced in hiring across various domains such as BFSI, housing, retail, insurance, FMCG, IT and more. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to meet high-volume hiring targets within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for hiring mandates across multiple sectors.

  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references.

  • Screen and shortlist suitable candidates for client requirements.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding.

  • Maintain hiring reports, trackers, and candidate databases.

  • Ensure timely closures and meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets.

  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

  • 6 Months–2 years of experience in hiring across any industry.

  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
