Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is hiring an HR/Administrative Director. The position is full-time exempt and works in the Phoenix office. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and along with HR functions, assists with the day-to-day operations of the Administration departments of Accounting, Facilities, and Reception. Candidate must pass a criminal background check.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support recruiting needs as requested by the Shareholders
· Oversee onboarding of new employees
· Oversee the process and maintenance of the I-9 and E-Verify records
· Active member of the Staff Event Committee
· Employee relations including coaching and counseling
· Benefit administration including reconciliation of carrier invoices
· Oversee 3rd party COBRA administrator
· Manage the payroll processing and employee maintenance/changes in payroll system
· Ensure employee safety and welfare; enforce workplace policies regarding same
· Responsible for regulatory and compliance reporting
· Participate in monthly Administration team meetings
Qualifications:
· A self-starter who is organized, highly motivated, takes initiative, is able to prioritize work, work independently, and manage the demands of time-sensitive tasks
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to achieve goals through direct and indirect influence and collaboration
· Experience in the most current hardware, software, networking, databases and programming technologies and products used in the industry
· Candidate should be flexible to adjust working hours as needed
· Candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years HR Manager experience, prior law firm experience is desirable
· Candidate with ADP Workforce Now experience is desirable

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
