About the Role:
We are seeking an HR with 3–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR functions and support various people-related initiatives. The candidate should have practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance processes, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees to ensure a smooth start.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support performance review processes and assist in employee development activities.
• Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Assist in planning and executing engagement and training initiatives.
• Support implementation of HR policies, systems, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with teams and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR tools or software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
