Position Summary
The HR Admin is the first point of contact for employees and visitors while providing vital support across all areas of HR. This role blends front-office responsibilities with HR coordination — from greeting visitors and answering phones to coordinating interviews, onboarding, and employee events. It’s an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while contributing to our strong, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities

Front Office Support – Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.

Recruitment Support – Schedule interviews, conduct initial phone screens, and assist with candidate communication.

Onboarding & Training – Coordinate new hire onboarding and recurring training sessions.

Employee Engagement – Assist with employee events, recognition programs, and service awards.

Communications – Draft and distribute employee communications; provide suggestions to improve engagement.

Team Support – Partner with the Payroll Coordinator, HR Generalist, and HR Director on projects and daily tasks.

Administrative Excellence – Maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and support special HR initiatives.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or HR-related studies preferred.

1–3 years of related administrative, HR, or customer service experience.

Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; interest in learning HR systems.
