Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Administrator, based in Riyadh at King Fahd Sport City (KFSC) as a part of Stadium project. The HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include facilitating new employee orientations, managing employee relations, handling administrative HR duties, and supporting HR projects and initiatives.


Qualifications:

Employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration skills Experience in recruitment activities and new employee orientation processes Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in working with HR software and tools
