Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with day -to-day HR Operations, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to ensure HR operations run smoothly.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist with recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews and conducting initial phone screens or virtual interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including putting together new hire packets, orientation coordination and paperwork
  • Handle all benefits administration
  • Help prepare HR-related documents such as employment offers and policy documents.
  • Help serve as an employee relations liaison between employees and managers when needed.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
  • Manage employee leave (FMLA, Workers Comp, etc.)
  • Handle payroll process entirely, including running reports for upper management.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5 Years HR Administration experience. Experience with payroll.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS (applicant tracking systems).
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, great for an entry level candidate looking for the next step.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., Paycom, Paycor, BambooHR, SAP, etc.)
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion & professionalism.
