1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate and support full-cycle recruitment for sales advisors, tele-callers, marketing executives, and support staff.
  • Prepare job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR screenings.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment pipelines.
  • Liaise with insurance partners for manpower requirements.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and documentation.
  • Conduct HR induction sessions for new employees.
  • Manage onboarding formalities, ID creation, systems access, and policy acknowledgement.

3. HR Records & Documentation

  • Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.
  • Update HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Track training records, certifications, and regulatory compliance documentation.

4. Payroll Support

  • Collate attendance data, commissions, incentives, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and incentive structures.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist with KPI definition and tracking for sales teams.
  • Support quarterly performance reviews and appraisal documentation.
  • Follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) where required.

6. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Organize employee engagement activities, contests, reward programs, and team-building events.
  • Support grievance handling and escalate issues when needed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and attrition reporting.

7. Compliance & Policy Administration

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, IRDAI guidelines (if applicable), and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks.

8. Training & Development Coordination

  • Schedule product and regulatory training sessions from insurance partners.
  • Maintain records of mandatory compliance training for sales agents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
