Job Profile

The HR Administrator will support the HR department by maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, handling HR documentation, tracking attendance and leave, preparing basic reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The role also includes supporting daily HR operations, employee communications, audits, and coordination with vendors or service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system entry, and preparation of welcome/exit letters.
  • Handle HR documentation such as letters, forms, and files, ensuring proper filing, retrieval, and record compliance.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave records, and basic employee welfare coordination.
  • Assist HR team with daily administrative tasks and HR operations.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR trackers and databases.
  • Support HR audits and ensure HR documentation is compliant and readily available.
  • Support employee communications, including policy updates, circulars, and reminders.
  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers related to HR functions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR administration or support, preferably in the UAE.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR management systems.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Required)

  • English (Required)
