Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative and operational support across key HR processes, ensuring the smooth delivery of onboarding, employee services, and government relations activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both local and international employees, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with Saudi labour regulations.


Working closely with the HR team and central functions, the role will act as a key point of coordination for HR administration, supporting the overall employee experience across the Red Sea project.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Administration

  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including employee queries and HR processes.
  • Coordinate with central functions to ensure employees have access to systems, tools, and required resources.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems, including shift rosters where applicable.
  • Support the HR team in delivering day-to-day HR operations effectively and efficiently.


Employee Support & Coordination

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR processes and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating employee-related activities, including appointments, documentation, and onboarding requirements.


Government Relations & Compliance

  • Support government-related processes for employees, including Iqama procedures, medical tests, driving licence applications, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and attend appointments as required to support documentation processes.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with Saudi labour law.
  • Support the coordination and submission of key documents across relevant ministries and authorities.


General Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments (e.g. medicals, bank, accommodation, permits).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Support ad hoc tasks as directed by the HR Manager.



Requirements:


  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of proven experience in HR Operations, administration or Government Relations roles, ideally with an international Company.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A good understanding of HR Operations processes such as onboarding, HR system administration, and employee support for both local and international employees.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labour law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on supporting employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
