Join LDH as an HR Analyst A - HR Specialist and serve as the agency’s statewide expert on pay, classification, and HR policy. In this role, you’ll guide program offices on Special Entrance Rates and Premium Pay, conduct salary surveys, resolve complex compensation issues, and ensure full compliance with Civil Service rules and LDH policies.
You will also lead key classification functions, reviewing position descriptions, ensuring organizational accuracy, and consulting with leadership on job structures. As a partner in Continuous Performance Management (CPM), you’ll support supervisors, review evaluations, and help strengthen performance practices across the department. Compensation:
Human Resources Analyst A - $17.43 hr. / $1,394.40 bi-weekly
Human Resources Analyst B - $18.64 hr. / $1,491.20 bi-weekly
