Job Description:


  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data, including employee engagement, turnover, performance, and compensation metrics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify key workforce trends and support strategic talent decisions.
  • Build predictive models and forecasting tools for workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR processes, diversity and inclusion metrics, and employee experience improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and other departments to integrate human capital analytics with broader business strategies.
  • Support automation of HR reporting and analytics workflows for efficiency.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics or workforce analytics roles.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), data manipulation (Excel, SQL, Python, or R), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics (recruitment, attrition, performance management, compensation, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and data modeling is a plus.
