Now Hiring: Bilingual Human Resource Assistant (Spanish/English)

Location: Warehouse Environment | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.50–$23.50/hour (based on experience)

Are you an organized, bilingual HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department within a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and is comfortable working closely with warehouse personnel and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Respond to routine employee and applicant inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews; assist in hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Support new hire orientation and training programs.
  • Promote and implement company culture, values, and policies.
  • Handle high call volume and manage communication effectively.
  • Scan, file, and maintain all necessary HR documentation in a timely manner.
  • Track and meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Assist with payroll processes and troubleshooting via ADP Workforce Now.
  • Run reports and provide HR data to management as requested.
  • Maintain professional communication across phone, email, and mail.
  • Track employee attendance for warehouse staff.
  • Serve as a communication link between multiple warehouse locations and corporate HQ.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Keep distribution center calendars updated (birthdays, holidays, events).
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and assist employees with enrollment and claims.
  • Help plan and organize company events such as employee appreciation, open enrollment, holiday celebrations, and retirements.
  • Provide general clerical support to the HR team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus


Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in related field a plus.
  • Prior related Human Resource experience a must.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
  • Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment
