Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn individual to join our Human Resources team as an Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all facets of HR in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our HR professionals to support our employees and contribute to key people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters.
• Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases (e.g., in HRIS systems).
• Provide administrative support for HR projects, performance management cycles, and training programs.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Help with initial employee inquiries, directing them to the appropriate HR team member.
• Conduct research on various HR topics and best practices.
