About the role


You will support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance & leave tracking, and HR communications across the properties.


Key responsibilities

• Draft and manage daily HR correspondence (emails, notices, memos, letters)

• Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and feedback tracking

• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and induction plans

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

• Support payroll inputs 

• Coordinate training calendars

• Handle HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality


Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; basic HRIS exposure preferred

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlines

• Prior hospitality experience is an advantage (front office/HR/operations exposure welcome)

• Salary: INR 25000 - 30000 based on experience.
