Human Resources Assistant - Full-time 396-bed Skilled Nursing Facility

Human Resources Assistant: Day Shift No Weekends

Currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant for long term care nursing facility in Philadelphia, PA. The Human Resources Assistant must have administrative and communication skills, as well as organizational and time management abilities. Manage the day-to-day administration of internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Responsible in sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines for hiring needs. Resolves most issues independently, with elevated matters referred to the HR Director.

Human Resources Assistant Key Duties

  • Conduct recruitment efforts for the facility.
  • Support all HR-related inquiries and recruiting efforts as needed.
  • Follow up with candidates, applicants, new hires, throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to hire.
  • Review sourcing platform on a regular basis, soft screen and distribute the resumes to the Department Heads for review.
  • Organize and maintain documents that track benefits, renewal dates, contacts, and other relevant information.
  • Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Human Resources Assistant Qualifications

  • Bachelors in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior HR experience in skilled long-term care of healthcare experienced preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizations skills. General clerical, telephone, and computer experience.
  • Must be flexible and able to perform well under pressure.
