Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team in the heart of the dental healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR functions, contributing to our mission of fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Facilitate employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in benefits administration and employee evaluations.
• Contribute to talent management strategies and workforce planning.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects as needed.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Workday or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in an HR support role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data entry and administrative processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
