Position Overview:
We are seeking a PRN Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department with administrative, recruiting, and employee support tasks. This role is perfect for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive environment.

HR & Administrative Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new hire documents, communicating with candidates, and maintaining employee files.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and HR reporting.
• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, organizing documents, and responding to internal inquiries.
• Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
