Job Description – HR Associate

Position: HR Associate
Experience: 2–4 years

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves handling recruitment activities, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and assist in salary processing
  • Manage employee engagement and HR operational activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
  • Provide HR support to employees and management as required
