We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, HR coordination, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communications
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
