As our team expands, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to assist with daily HR operations and provide hands-on support to staff and leaders across multiple clinic locations.
Position Summary
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and policy administration. This role ensures consistent HR practices and contributes to a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace culture within a clinical healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and integration into clinical and administrative teams.
- Assist with HR policy administration, updates, communication, and compliance monitoring.
- Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on HR questions, benefits, attendance, timekeeping, and workplace expectations.
- Help administer performance review processes, employee coaching documentation, and corrective action forms.
- Maintain confidential personnel files, required documentation, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Assist with regulatory compliance including ADA, PWFA, PUMP Act, OSHA, HIPAA, state-specific leave laws, I-9s, and annual HR audits.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Support payroll and benefits processing by communicating employee changes, tracking attendance, and verifying documentation.
- Participate in safety, compliance, and training initiatives tailored to the dermatology clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR experience; healthcare or multi-site experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems (e.g., UKG Ready) preferred.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
