Job description

  • Strong experience in employee relations, capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees efficiently.
  • Expertise in performance management to help employees meet and exceed their job expectations.
  • Experience in planning and implementing effective training and development programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR compliance and the ability to ensure that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory HR requirements.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve workplace disputes amicably.
  • Strategic planning capabilities to align HR activities with the overall objectives of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to find the best talent for the organization.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
