- Excellent conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve workplace disputes amicably.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align HR activities with the overall objectives of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to find the best talent for the organization.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
