Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant with strong knowledge of US labor laws and legal compliance to support our growing HR operations.


Experience: 2–3 years (US HR compliance experience preferred)


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with US labor laws , employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Support HR documentation, employee records, and compliance audits
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and background verification processes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR compliance matters
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR compliance
  • Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with US labor laws and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Preferred

  • Experience supporting US-based employees or clients
  • Exposure to audits, compliance reporting, or legal HR documentation
