SCHEDULE
Regular Full-Time Position
Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Must be flexible with schedule changes to meet operational needs.
HIRING RANGE
$19.00 to $23.46 hourly
Actual pay commensurate with experience
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the Human Resources (HR) Division in various functions including: recruitment, benefits and leave administration, file maintenance, training, office support and special projects. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Division leadership team. Provides information to employees regarding HR processes and initiatives.
o Monitors and orders supplies.
o Coordinates meetings and makes room reservations.
o Answers phones and greets departmental visitors with compassion and Aloha.
o Screens and routes incoming mail.
o Provides excellent customer service and directs employees and management to the appropriate Human Resources team member or resources.
o Maintains the emergency contact list for the HR Division.
o Ensures the Human Resources offices are presentable.
o Creates and maintains employee files and leave case files.
o Enters and maintains data in the human resources information system (HRIS).
o Generates and distributes a variety of reports.
o Responds to requests for employment verification.
o Creates and maintains orientation materials.
o Sends employee benefit documents, COBRA letters, leave packets, and transportation documents.
o Assists with employee recognition and engagement programs and events such as Perfect Attendance Awards and greeting cards.
o Creates identification and access badges.
o Schedules and coordinates job interviews.
o Assists with posting jobs in the HRIS database.
o Keeps recruitment trackers updated and sends updates to management teams.
o Assists with coordinating and preparing for career events.
o Maintains and orders supplies for career events.
o Contacts candidates for information and updates TAM and trackers.
o Assists with enrolling new employees into learning sessions in the Enterprise Learning Management system.
o Assists with coordinating training schedules.
o Schedules meetings with internal and external parties.
o Generates and distributes reports.
o Creates documents for the leadership teams as directed.
o Assists with special projects as assigned.
o Demonstrates clear, audience-focused and effective communication with Aloha.
o Reads, interprets and writes documents, such as policies, standard operating procedures and reports.
o Creates a positive work culture and environment.
