artificial intelligence
sector. This role applies practical HR knowledge to help design, evaluate, and refine research questions related to
HR operations

organizational workflows
, and
administrative processes
.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and evaluate research questions related to human resources operations and administrative workflows

Provide insights and recommendations based on prior HR experience and established best practices

Produce clear, accurate, and well-documented written outputs

Collaborate remotely with project teams and meet agreed-upon timelines
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Human Resources Assistant (excluding payroll and timekeeping) or in a closely related HR role

Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week

Access to a desktop or laptop computer compatible with required software (Chromebooks are not supported)

Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills

Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship
