We are looking for a motivated and aspiring professional to join us for an intensive, mentorship-driven program. This role is designed to provide you with a real-world understanding of Human Resources, Business Development, and Operations Management. You will work directly with our leadership team, contribute to live projects, and build a professional portfolio that will launch your career in HR & Business Management.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR policies, recruitment drives, and employee engagement activities.
- Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads and build strong business relationships.
- Participate in the complete business lifecycle — from talent acquisition and client onboarding to negotiation and operations execution.
- Assist in claim negotiations and business deals, gaining exposure to real-world client handling.
- Support day-to-day operations by coordinating across teams and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Participate in reviews and mentorship sessions to learn best practices in HR, business development, and client servicing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, improving efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- MBA students or fresh graduates in HR / Marketing / International Business / General Management preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, business strategy, or client acquisition methods.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn through mentorship.
- Ability to multitask and manage both HR and business development responsibilities.
