We are looking to hire an experienced HR associate to manage and maintain our human resources records. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues.

To ensure success as an HR associate, you should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of employment law. Ultimately, a top-notch HR associate is well organized, efficient, and approachable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide HR solutions that support strategic goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with talent acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Guide managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and change management efforts.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, etc.) to identify trends and recommend solutions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and deliver leadership development programs.
  • Support compensation and benefits processes, including annual performance reviews and merit cycles.
  • Assist in the payroll process, verifying hours and approving timecards for Fulton and temps for their location

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Previous experience working in human resources.
  • Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law.
  • Empathy and an approachable demeanor.
  • Attentiveness and honesty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $68,050.00 per year
