Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Associate to support end-to-end HR operations at Bastian Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment for Front of the House (FOH) and Back of the House (BOH) roles.

Draft offer letters and appointment letters.

Manage onboarding formalities and conduct induction for new joiners.

Work on Facto HRMS and guide staff on attendance and system usage.

Assist with payroll processing and coordination.

Handle exit formalities and documentation.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of HR operations and hospitality hiring.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,647.57 - ₹31,737.69 per month
