Responsibilities:
HR Functions – 60%

Actively participate in recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process for commercial teams.

Provide guidance to team members on labor laws, company policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with candidates or their representatives.

Manage payroll in accordance with local laws and audit requirements.

Oversee onboarding and exit processes, coordinate training, and manage HR data (HRIS), ensuring timely updates as necessary.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee performance.

Support the development and execution of HR initiatives and systems.

Handle daily HR operations, including leave administration, staff orientation, and welfare activities.
Managing Social Events – 20%

Assist the HR Manager in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and social activities designed to foster team spirit and enhance workplace culture.

Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring they align with company values and objectives.
Support to Admin – 20%

Provide administrative support to the Admin team, including tasks such as booking air tickets, preparing meeting agendas, and organizing travel arrangements.

Assist in managing schedules and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of HR recruitment and operations experience within a multinational organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
