Summary

The HR Auditor evaluate and ensure the organization's practices align with local labor laws and client-specific requirements. This role is critical in identifying compliance risks, conducting audits, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls and promote best practices.


Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to prepare for external audits and regulatory investigations, ensuring readiness and transparency.
  • Identify and analyze compliance gaps, recommend practical corrective actions, and oversee timely follow-up to ensure effective resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and present detailed audit reports, metrics, and recommendations to leadership and relevant teams to support informed decision-making.
  • Apply broad compliance expertise by auditing diverse workforce-related processes beyond transactional activities, ensuring comprehensive risk mitigation.
  • Design, implement, and refine audit processes in environments with limited existing procedures, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance data, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage multi-jurisdictional compliance considerations by adapting audit frameworks to meet varying regional laws and global standards, supporting organizational scalability.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years in HR auditing or compliance.
  • Proven experience conducting audits focused on labor law compliance, internal policies, and client requirements.
  • Experience in fast-paced industries (e.g.,technology, healthcare, financial services)
  • Proven track record of developing audit reports, creating or improving processes and presenting findings to leadership.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate with leadership and multiple stakeholders.
  • Schedule flexibility and open work on-site are required.
